As stated in the Title, Ubuntu posted in their website to remind everyone that it will stop support 7.04 starting on October 19, 2008. If you are still using Ubuntu 7.04, it's time for you to upgrade your system to either 7.10 or 8.04 LTS. You could find instruction here: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UpgradeNotes.
Note: if you want to upgrade to 8.04 LTS from 7.04, you will need to first upgrade to 7.10 from 7.04, then to 8.04 LTS from 7.10.
